Понимание информационного общества, предложенное теоретиками постиндустриализма конца ХХ века, дополнено характеристиками, раскрывающими его содержание через такие аспекты как преимущественно цифровой формат информации, технологическая конвергенция разных секторов информационной индустрии, реорганизация бизнес-структур в зависимости от правообладания информационной структурой либо информационным продуктом. Обосновано, что цифровизация усугубляет тенденцию социального расслоения в зависимости от возможностей доступа к информации и способностей обращения с ней. Сформулировано понятие «социально-цифровая стратификация» и выделены ее рискогенные тенденции в ракурсе когнитивных способностей субъекта; его личностных качеств; материально-технических возможностей; индивидуальных информационно-коммуникативных компетенций; политики владельцев цифровых платформ; географических, этнических и гендерных особенностей. Сформулированы признаки цифрового неравенства в гносеологическом, аксиологическом, этическом, онтологическом, антропологическом контекстах The understanding of the information society, proposed by post-industrial theorists of the late twentieth century, is supplemented by characteristics that reveal its content through such aspects as a predominantly digital format of information, technological convergence of different sectors of the information industry, reorganization of business structures depending on the ownership of an information structure or information product. It is substantiated that digitalization exacerbates the trend of social stratification, depending on the possibilities of access to information and the ability to handle it. The concept of "socio-digital stratification" is formulated and its riskogenic tendencies are highlighted in terms of the subject's cognitive abilities; his personal qualities; logistical capabilities; individual information and communication competencies; policies of digital platform owners; geographic, ethnic and gender characteristics. The signs of digital inequality are formulated in epistemological, axiological, ethical, ontological, anthropological contexts. |
