Description: The article provides a medium-term forecast of the future of trade unions in Russia, taking into account current political and socio-economic trends. The authors conclude that in the near future, associations of employees of the traditional type will not lose their privileged position in the social partnership system. They will remain committed to the value-ideological position of the President of the Russian Federation and his nationally oriented course towards ensuring sovereignty. Eventually, the tendency to centralize the system of public power is extrapolated to trade unions, forcing them to increase the level of internal executive discipline and hierarchical orderliness. The coverage of employees by trade union membership will increase with the gradual nationalization of industrial enterprises; however, the problem of low motivation of trade union membership will not lose its relevance even in the context of the expansion of the public sector of the economy.
В статье осуществляется среднесрочное прогнозирование будущего профсоюзов России с учетом актуальных политических и социально-экономических тенденций. Авторы приходят к выводу, что в обозримой перспективе объединения наемных работников традиционного типа не утратят своего привилегированного положения в системе социального партнерства. Они сохранят приверженность ценностно-идеологической позиции президента РФ и его национально ориентированному курсу на обеспечение суверенитета. Тенденция к централизации системы публичной власти рано или поздно экстраполируется на профсоюзы, заставив их повысить уровень внутренней исполнительской дисциплины и иерархической упорядоченности. Общее число членов профсоюзов будет плавно расти по мере постепенной деприватизации промышленных предприятий, однако проблема низкой мотивации профсоюзного членства не утратит своей актуальности даже в условиях расширения государственного сектора экономики.
