Description: The article assesses the market for housing sales to the population in Russia, considers the available facts affecting its high and unstable value.The collected material allowed the author to develop and propose a new system for the sale and purchase of any real estate in the Russian Federation, based on the development of: legislation, information technology and artificial intelligence, taking into account the social significance of the purchase of housing for the population, as well as the tax interests of the state.The author, in conclusion, draws attention to the fact that possible, future prospects for the development of financial and other branches of law in Russia will ensure the interests of the population in the realization of their right to housing, but also society as a whole.
В статье дана оценка рынка продаж жилья населению в России, рассмотрены имеющиеся факты, влияющие на высокую и нестабильную его стоимость. Собранный материал позволил автору разработать и предложить новую систему купли-продажи любой недвижимости в Российской Федерации, основанную на развитии: законодательства, информационных технологий и искусственного интеллекта, с учетом социальной значимости приобретения жилья для населения, а также налоговых интересов государства. Автор в заключении обращает внимание на то, что возможные, будущие перспективы развития финансового и других отраслей права в России обеспечат интересы населения в реализации своего права на жилище, но и общества в целом.
