В работе рассматривается процесс управления рисками на опасных производственных объектах. В первой части статьи дана характеристика категории «опасность», рассмотрены ее характеристики, затронута теория «промышленной безопасности». Во второй части статьи представлен статистический анализ числа аварий на объектах нефтегазового сектора в 2021-2022 гг. Среди причин наибольшее внимание уделено роли человеческого фактора. В заключении сделан вывод о необходимости повышения надежности человеческого фактора. The paper considers the process of risk management at hazardous production facilities. In the first part of the article, the characteristic of the category "danger" is given, its characteristics are considered, the theory of "industrial safety" is touched upon. The second part of the article presents a statistical analysis of the number of accidents at oil and gas facilities in 2021-2022. Among the reasons, the greatest attention is paid to the role of the human factor. In conclusion, it is concluded that it is necessary to increase the reliability of the human factor. |
