В статье рассмотрены основные подходы к экономической оценке ущерба от заболеваемости населения, среди которых в общемировой практике выделяются DALY и QALY. На модельном уровне показаны методы расчета ущерба от заболеваемости связанные с неблагоприятной экологической и климатической обстановкой. Рассмотрен пример экономической оценки ущерба от заболеваемости бронхиальной астмой, которая является наиболее репрезентативным респираторным заболеванием, характерным для страны в целом, а также для северных регионов, где уровень заболеваемости дыхательных путей выше среднероссийских значений. Определено, что прямой экономический ущерб от загрязнений воздуха применительно к бронхиальной астме может достигать 1,7 млрд руб. ежегодно. The article considers the main approaches to the economic assessment of damage from the incidence of the population, among which DALYs and QALYs stand out in global practice. At the model level, methods for calculating the damage from morbidity associated with unfavorable environmental and climatic conditions are shown. An example of an economic assessment of the damage from the incidence of bronchial asthma, which is the most representative respiratory disease characteristic of the country as a whole, as well as for the northern regions, where the incidence of the respiratory tract is higher than the average Russian values, is considered. It has been determined that direct economic damage from air pollution in relation to bronchial asthma can reach 1.7 billion rubles. annually. |
