| Description: | The article deals with the main problems of the process of redevelopment of industrial territories in St. Petersburg. In the central part of St. Petersburg, they form the so-called "Gray Belt" – a vast territory adjacent to the historical center, which currently does not fully fulfill its traditional functions. The scientific and analytical works devoted to the problems and prospects of the renovation of this territory are considered. В статье рассмотрены основные проблемы процесса редевелопмента индустриальных территорий г.Санкт-Петербурга. В центральной части Санкт-Петербурга они формируют так называемый «Серый пояс» – обширную территорию, прилегающую к историческому центру, которая в настоящее время не в полной мере выполняет свои традиционные функции. Рассмотрены научные и аналитические работы, посвященные проблемам и перспективам реновации данной территории. |
