В данной статье рассмотрены наиболее актуальные проблемы аудита стратегии развития современных организаций с определением возможных причин их возникновения и составлением определенного набора рекомендаций, направленных на их полное или частичное устранение. Данные проблемы и рекомендации автором собраны в табличной форме и классифицированы по характерным признакам. В ходе решения заявленных проблем описаны наиболее сильные и более слабые стороны предлагаемых решений, с поправкой на итоговое положительное воздействие принимаемых решений для устранения проблем аудита в частности и для стратегии развития организации в целом. This article discusses the most pressing problems of auditing the development strategy of modern organizations, identifying the possible causes of their occurrence and drawing up a specific set of recommendations aimed at their complete or partial elimination. These problems and recommendations are collected by the author in tabular form and classified according to their characteristic features. In the course of solving the stated problems, the strongest and weaker sides of the proposed solutions are described, adjusted for the final positive impact of the decisions made to eliminate audit problems in particular and for the development strategy of the organization as a whole. |
