| Περιγραφή: | Зарайск расположен в 162 км к юго-востоку от Москвы и граничит с Луховицким (на северо-востоке), Озёрским (на северо-западе), Каширским (на западе), Серебряно-Прудским (на юге) городскими округами Московской области и с Рыбновским районом Рязанской области (на юго-востоке). Площадь городского округа составляет 967,68 км², протяжённость границ - 200 км. Зарайск - один из исторических городов Подмосковья. Выгодное географическое положение на границе трёх исторически связанных регионов, богатое историко-культурное наследие городского округа, значительный природно-рекреационный потенциал, спокойный уклад жизни, наличие свободных или неэффективно используемых земель, имеющийся потенциал для возрождения традиционных сельскохозяйственных производств и производств легкой промышленности позволит округу укрепиться экономически, добиться повышения уровня жизни, повысить инвестиционную привлекательность и стать конкурентоспособным. Zaraysk is located 162 km southeast of Moscow and borders on Lukhovitsky (in the northeast), Ozersky (in the northwest), Kashirsky (in the west), Serebryano-Prudsky (in the south) urban districts of the Moscow Region and Rybnovsky district of the Ryazan region (in the southeast). The area of the urban district is 967.68 km², the length of the borders is 200 km. Zaraysk is one of the historical cities of the Moscow region. Favorable geographical position on the border of three historically connected regions, rich historical and cultural heritage of the city district, significant natural and recreational potential, calm lifestyle, availability of free or inefficiently used lands, existing potential for the revival of traditional agricultural and light industry industries will allow the district to strengthen economically , achieve an increase in living standards, increase investment attractiveness and become competitive. |
