В настоящее время вопросы изменений, ежегодно происходящих в системе бухгалтерской и налоговой отчетности, имеют особое значение, прежде всего, в силу того, что знание и понимание тех перемен, которым подвергаются указанные процессы, позволяют субъекту хозяйствования эффективно осуществлять собственную деятельность, в полной мере соблюдая нормы действующего законодательства. В статье изучаются те изменения, которые произойдут в бухгалтерском учете в 2021 году, в связи с внесением поправок и дополнений в нормы Федерального законодательства, Положения по бухгалтерскому учету, и приказы Минфина, обеспечивающие правовое регулирование бухгалтерского и налогового учета на территории РФ. At present, the issues of changes that occur annually in the accounting and tax reporting system are of particular importance, primarily due to the fact that knowledge and understanding of the changes that these processes are subject to allow the business entity to effectively carry out its own activities, fully complying with the norms of current legislation. This article explores the changes that occur in accounting in 2021, in connection with the amendments and additions in the Federal law, the accounting Regulations, and orders of the Ministry of Finance, providing the legal regulation of accounting and tax accounting in Russia. |
