Обоснована актуальность цифровой трансформации экономики в условиях иннова ционного развития и глобального кризиса, обусловленного пандемией COVID-19. Рассмотрены цели и целевые показатели национального проекта «Цифровая экономика». Проведен анализ его задач и структуры в разрезе федеральных проектов. Приведена характеристика региональных проектов Краснодарского края, реализуемых в сфере цифровой экономики. В процессе анализа конкретных меро приятий и степени достижения целевых показателей краевых проектов осуществлена оценка эф фективности их реализации и выявлены основные проблемы. The relevance of the digital transformation of the economy in the context of innovative development and the global crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic is substantiated. The goals and targets of the national project "Digital Economy" are considered. The analysis of its tasks and structure in the context of federal projects is carried out. The characteristics of regional projects of the Krasnodar region implemented in the field of digital economy are given. In the process of analyzing specific measures and the degree of achievement of the targets of regional projects, an assessment of the effectiveness of their implementation was carried out and the main problems were identified. |
