| Description: | The article contains the substantiation and disclosure of the conceptual provisions of the formation and cohesion of cadet teams in the study groups at a maritime university. A set of factors confirming the relevance and importance of the topic is presented. The purpose of the publication is to bring the content of the conceptual provisions to the general pedagogical community. The research methodology provides for a theoretical study of the process of collective education, an analysis of the approaches of Russian scientists to the phenomenon of “collective”, the definition of its characteristic features; the definition of the essence and features of the term “cadet collective”. The author’s definition of this term is proposed. Pedagogical methods are applied: search; document research; theoretical analysis; content analysis of scientific publications; analysis; synthesis; concretization; comparison; recommendation. The result of the study: the conceptual provisions of the formation and cohesion of cadet teams in the study groups of a maritime university. The developed conceptual provisions have scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance. They are of interest for research and practical activities in higher and secondary professional educational institutions. Статья содержит обоснование и раскрытие концептуальных положений формирования и сплочения курсантских коллективов в учебных группах морского университета. Приведена совокупность факторов, подтверждающая актуальность и важность темы. Цель публикации – довести содержание концептуальных положений до широкой педагогической общественности. Методология исследования предусматривает выполнение теоретического исследования процесса коллективного воспитания, анализ подходов отечественных ученых к феномену «курсантский коллектив», определение его характерных черт. Предложено авторское определение данного термина. Применены педагогические методы: поисковый; исследования документов; теоретический анализ; контент-анализ научных публикаций; анализ; синтез; конкретизация; сравнение; рекомендательный. Результат исследования: концептуальные положения формирования и сплочения курсантских коллективов в учебных группах морского университета. Разработанные концептуальные положения обладают научной новизной, теоретической и практической значимостью. Они представляют интерес для исследовательской и практической деятельности в высших и средних профессиональных учебных заведениях. |
