| Περιγραφή: | Анализируются конституционные поправки В.В. Путина, воплощение которых в жизнь будет способствовать повышению политической активности населения Российской Федерации. Обосновывается взаимосвязь реализации институтов народовластия и легитимации Конституции Российской Федерации. Проводится сравнительный анализ статуса референдума, всенародного обсуждения, опроса граждан. Рассматривается вопрос об эффективности указанных форм участия населения в осуществлении публичной власти. Определяются тенденции развития прямой демократии в Российской Федерации на современном этапе. The constitutional amendments of V. Putin are analyzed, that embody will facilitate rise political activity the populace of Russian Federation. The author substantiates the relationship between the implementation of the institutions of democracy and legitimacy of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The article makes the comparative analysis to the legal status of referendum, peoples discussions, interviewing of citizens. The issue of efficiency of these forms of population in public authority is considered. This research allowed us to identify trends in the development of direct democracy in the Russian Federation at the present stage of development. |
