| Description: | The article describes the essence and structure of an individual's communicative behavior and substantiates the influence of the nature of this behavior on the degree of the messages interpretation adequacy. The influence of the speech situation factors on the transformation of the utterance meaning is described. It is concluded that adequate understanding requires a mental transformation of statements (establishing equivalence with a number of other statements about an event/fact), taking into account all factors of the speech situation, including the goals of the interlocutor. The side effects of perception leading to inadequate interpretation of the interlocutor's communicative behavior are revealed. It is shown how the measure and degree of attribution depend on the development of self-control and reflection skills, as well as on understanding the mechanism of occurrence of perception side effects, such as, for example, the "halo effect" and the "novelty effect". A plan for analyzing the subject's communicative behavior is proposed, taking into account possible failures in the work of cognitive mechanisms. The directions of educational work and types of tasks for the formation of students' skills to establish the relationship between the communicative behavior of a person and the degree of the imessages interpretation adequacy are presented. The results of the study can be used in the development of lesson plans, the organization of independent and research work of students, writing scenarios for educational activities. Статья посвящена описанию сущности и структуры коммуникативного поведения индивида и обоснованию влияния характера этого поведения на степень адекватности интерпретации сообщений. Описано влияние факторов речевой ситуации на трансформацию смысла высказывания. Сделан вывод о том, что адекватное понимание требует мысленной трансформации высказываний (установления эквивалентности с рядом других высказываний о событии/факте) с учетом всех факторов речевой ситуации, включая и цели собеседника. Выявлены побочные эффекты восприятия, приводящие к неадекватности интерпретации коммуникативного поведения собеседника. Показано, как мера и степень атрибуции зависят от развитости умений самоконтроля и рефлексии, а также от понимания механизма возникновения побочных эффектов восприятия, таких, как, например, «эффект ореола» и «эффект новизны». Предложен план анализа коммуникативного поведения субъекта, учитывающий возможные сбои в работе когнитивных механизмов. Представлены направления учебной работы и типы заданий по формированию у студентов умений установления взаимосвязи коммуникативного поведения личности и степени адекватности интерпретации сообщений. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы при разработке планов занятий, организации самостоятельной и научно-исследовательской работы студентов, написании сценариев мероприятий воспитательной направленности. |
