| Description: | The article examines such ways of recognizing an organization as insolvent, as bankruptcy and exclusion from the unified state register of legal entities. The positive and negative consequences of using both methods are listed. The reasons for excluding an organization from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on the initiative of the tax inspectorate are presented. В статье изучены такие способы признания организации неплатежеспособной, как банкротство и исключение из единого государственного реестра юридических лиц. Перечислены положительные и отрицательные последствия применения обоих способов. Представлены причины исключения организации из ЕГРЮЛ по инициативе налоговой инспекции. |
