Περιγραφή: В статье представлены данные обзора методов искусственного прерывания беременности во втором триместре, их преимущества и недостатки. Наиболее эффективными современными методами искусственного прерывания беременности в сроках более 12 недель считаются хирургический (дилатация и эвакуация) и медикаментозный. Приведены результаты опыта проведения искусственного прерывания беременности в сроках 13–22 недели по медицинским показаниям со стороны плода по разработанному алгоритму. Техническая простота выполнения, высокая эффективность и низкая частота осложнений позволяют рекомендовать представленный медикаментозный метод прерывания беременности в качестве первенствующего при выборе метода искусственного прерывания беременности у женщин с врожденными пороками развития и хромосомными нарушениями у плода. In the article a literature review of methods of artificial termination of pregnancy in the second trimester, their advantages and disadvantages are described. The most effective modern methods of artificial termination of pregnancy in terms of more than 12 weeks are considered to be surgical (dilatation and evacuation) and medical. The results of cases of artificial termination of pregnancy in terms of 13–22 weeks for medical reasons from the fetus according to the developed algorithm are mentioned. Technical simplicity of implementation, high efficiency and low frequency of complications allow recommending the presented medical method of termination of pregnancy as the leading method for artificial abortion among women with congenital malformations and chromosomal abnormalities of the fetus.
