Проведен анализ динамики развития инновационной сферы в Республике Тыва с использованием показателей официальной статистики и данных опроса экспертов (руководителей и специалистов ведущих горнодобывающих предприятий, деловых объединений и органов власти региона), проведенного авторами в июне 2023 г. Показаны сильные и слабые стороны инновационной политики в условиях западных санкций, модернизации и новой индустриализации. Основные методы анализа. Использованы методы экономического и статистического анализа: группировки, сравнительного анализа, выборки и другие. Эмпирической базой исследования послужили статистико-аналитические данные, информационные ресурсы сети Интернет, данные опроса экспертов. Результаты. Выявлены основные характеристики инновационных процессов в Республике Тыва, факторы, способствующие внедрению инноваций, взаимосвязи инновационных процессов с социокультурными реалиями регионального развития. Обоснованы направления формирования государственной политики по поддержке инноваций и сохранению социокультурного равновесия. An analysis of the dynamics of development of the innovation sphere in the Republic of Tyva was carried out using indicators of official statistics and data from a survey of experts (managers and specialists of leading mining enterprises, business associations and regional authorities), conducted by the authors in June 2023. The strengths and weaknesses of innovation policy in the conditions of Western sanctions, modernization and new industrialization. Basic methods of analysis. Methods of economic and statistical analysis were used: grouping, comparative analysis, sampling and others. The empirical basis of the study was statistical and analytical data, information resources on the Internet, and data from a survey of experts. Results. The main characteristics of innovation processes in the Republic of Tyva, factors promoting the introduction of innovations, and the relationship of innovation processes with the sociocultural realities of regional development have been identified. The directions for the formation of state policy to support innovation and maintain sociocultural balance are substantiated. |
