Περιγραφή: General approaches to the problem of automation and digitalization of agricultural products processing on the example of the production cycle of brewing are examined. The role of the automated system in the production cycle, in business processes of the enterprise and in ways of saving material costs and resources at the output of final products is determined. Different approaches to the automation process are proposed, including both partial automation of some production cycles and complete digitalization of the entire enterprise. It is shown that at the present stage of development of information and communication technologies it is possible to completely trace the origin of the final product: from the processes of raw materials growth to the final consumer, taking into account all the specifics of the processing and transportation process. The examined changes in the food industry enterprise are the result of changes in the operating conditions of the processing industry from the point of view of normative acts and laws, as well as from the point of competition on the market of final products. With regard to the brewing process, the main characteristics of the automated control system of the technological process and its various stages are analyzed.
Рассмотрены общие подходы к проблеме автоматизации и цифровизации процессов переработки сельскохозяйственной продукции на примере производственного цикла пивоварения. Определена роль автоматизированной системы в производственном цикле, бизнес-процессах предприятия и способах экономии материальных затрат и ресурсов при выпуске готовой продукции. Предложены различные подходы к процессу автоматизации, включающие как частичную автоматизацию некоторых производственных циклов, так и полную комплексную цифровизацию всего предприятия. Показано, что на современном этапе развития информационно-коммуникационных технологий возможно полное отслеживание происхождения конечного продукта: от процессов выращивания исходного сырья до конечного потребителя с учетом всех особенностей процесса переработки и транспортирования. Рассмотренные изменения на предприятии пищевой промышленности являются результатом изменений условий функционирования перерабатывающей отрасли как со стороны нормативных актов и законов, так и со стороны конкуренции на рынке готовой продукции. Применительно к процессу пивоварения рассмотрены основные характеристики автоматизированной системы управления технологическим процессом и различными этапами.
