В статье представлены проблемы связанные с неточностью представления о объемах и тенденциях финансирования учреждений культуры. Был проведен анализ расходов бюджета на культуру по разным разделам кодов бюджетной классификации. По итогам анализа были разработаны предложения по решению данной проблемы. Все предложенные рекомендации приведут к правильному и более полному пониманию экономических процессов, которые осуществляются в сфере культуры. The article presents the problems associated with the inaccuracy of the idea of the volume and trends of financing of cultural institutions. The analysis of budget expenditures on culture was carried out according to different sections of budget classification codes. Based on the results of the analysis, proposals were developed to solve this problem. All the proposed recommendations will lead to a correct and more complete understanding of the economic processes that are carried out in the field of culture. |
