| Description: | Рассматриваются особенности системы оказания бесплатной юридической помощи в Российской Федерации, являющейся гарантией обеспечения закрепленного в части 1 статьи 19 Конституции РФ принципа равенства прав и свобод гражданина. Отмечается необходимость оказания населению качественной квалифицированной бесплатной юридической помощи и контроля государства за оказанием такой помощи. The article considers the peculiarities of the system of rendering free legal aid in the Russian Federation, which is a guarantee of ensuring the principle of equality of rights and freedoms of a citizen enshrined in part 1 of Article 19 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The need to provide the population with high-quality qualified free legal assistance and state control over the provision of such assistance is noted. |
