| Description: | В последнее десятилетие интенсивно развивается рынок виртуальных денег — криптовалюты, и практически ежегодно появляется новый, более совершенный вид криптовалюты. В этой связи возникла необходимость создания новой модели правовой основы выпуска и использования виртуальной валюты. Опыт разных государств в этой сфере, включая опыт Республики Казахстан, может быть использован другими странами. Российская Федерация также находится на стадии разработки правовой базы по применению быстро развивающейся цифровой валюты, и международный опыт, включающий подходы и механизмы использования такого рода валют, может рассматриваться при создании российского законодательства в отношении частной криптовалюты и других видов виртуальной валюты в целях противодействия отмыванию денег и финансированию терроризма. In the last decade, the virtual money market - cryptocurrencies, has been developing rapidly, and almost every year a new, more advanced type of cryptocurrency appears. In this regard, it became necessary to create a new model of the legal basis for the issuance and use of virtual currency. The experience of various states in this area, including the experience of the Republic of Kazakhstan, can be used by other countries. The Russian Federation is also at the stage of developing a legal framework for the application of a rapidly developing digital currency, and international experience, including approaches and mechanisms for using such currencies, can be considered when creating Russian legislation regarding private cryptocurrency and other types of virtual currency in order to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism.. |
