Фундаментом цифровой трансформации в экономике является сетевое управление всеми видами процессов между равноправными членами организации, гарантируя оперативность предоставляемой информации, ускоренный обмен стратегически важными ресурсами для достижения цели. Построение целевого образа имеет большую значимость в строительной сфере. Он минимизирует количество исполняемых процедур взаимодействия между сторонами в ходе воспроизводства объекта строительства. К примеру, для строительства жилищных зданий и сооружений приходится около 120-130 взаимосвязанных процедур, которые повышают риски ухудшения показателей эффективности проекта. При традиционной схеме строительства все необходимые процессы выполняют различные участники. Однако, необходимо учесть комплектность и интегрированность функций тех или иных участников, их вероятность объединения в зависимости от их реальных возможностей. The foundation of digital transformation in the economy is the network management of all types of processes between equal members of the organization, ensuring the efficiency of the information provided, accelerated exchange of strategically important resources to achieve the goal. Building a target image is of great importance in the construction industry. It minimizes the number of executed procedures of interaction between the parties during the reproduction of the construction object. For example, for the construction of residential buildings and structures, there are about 120-130 interrelated procedures that increase the risks of deterioration of project performance indicators. With the traditional construction scheme, all the necessary processes are carried out by various participants. However, it is necessary to take into account the completeness. |
