Description: Проблема синдрома эмоционального выгорания не теряет своей актуальности. В статье анализируются особенности синдрома эмоционального выгорания сотрудников скорой медицинской помощи. Служба скорой медицинской помощи относится к особому виду медицинской деятельности, осуществляемой в условиях высокой ответственности и постоянного стресса. Целью исследования является изучение взаимосвязей параметров трудовой мотивации и симптомов синдрома эмоционального выгорания у работников скорой медицинской помощи с разным стажем профессиональной деятельности. Симптомы эмоционального выгорания связаны с различными компонентами трудовой мотивации сотрудников скорой помощи. Вторая гипотеза основана на предположении о том, что существуют особенности взаимосвязей симптомов эмоционального выгорания и видов трудовой мотивации у работников с разным стажем трудовой деятельности. Исследование проведено на выборке сотрудников службы скорой медицинской помощи (врачи и фельдшеры) со стажем профессиональной деятельности менее 5 лет (30 сотрудников) и со стажем профессиональной деятельности более 5 лет (30 сотрудников). Для достижения цели исследования использованы следующие психодиагностические методики: опросник «Словарь» (И. Г. Кокурина), методика «Диагностика уровня эмоционального выгорания» (В. В. Бойко), методика «Структура мотивации трудовой деятельности» (К. Замфир). Результаты исследования обсуждаются с учетом внутренних (мотивации) и внешних (стаж профессиональной деятельности) факторов, способствующих развитию эмоционального выгорания.
The problem of emotional burnout syndrome does not lose its relevance. The article analyzes the features of emotional burnout syndrome among paramedics. The emergency medical service is a special type of medical activity carried out under conditions of high responsibility and constant stress. The purpose of the study is to study the relationship between the parameters of work motivation and symptoms of burnout syndrome in paramedics with different professional experience. Burnout symptoms are associated with various components of the work motivation of paramedics. The second hypothesis is based on the assumption that there are specific relationships between symptoms of emotional burnout and types of work motivation among workers with different lengths of work experience. The study was conducted on a sample of employees of the emergency medical services (doctors and paramedics) with less than 5 years of professional experience (30 employees) and with more than 5 years of professional experience (30 employees). To achieve the goal of the study, the following psychodiagnostic methods were used: the “Dictionary” questionnaire (I. G. Kokurina), the “Diagnostics of the level of emotional burnout” method (V. V. Boyko), the “Structure of work motivation” method (K. Zamfir). The results of the study are discussed taking into account internal (motivation) and external (professional experience) factors contributing to the development of emotional burnout.
