Статья посвящена процессу трансфера научных результатов, осуществляемого в организациях высшего образования Республики Башкортостан. Рассматривается историческая ретроспектива эволюции трансферной политики в регионе, представленная в научных исследованиях, а также роль ключевых университетов – классического, нефтяного, авиационного, медицинского, педагогического и аграрного – в передаче научных результатов в реальный сектор экономики на современном этапе. Автор выявляет проблемы в рассматриваемом процессе и представляет ряд первоочередных мероприятий, направленных на повышение эффективности перехода теоретического знания в коммерциализируемые проекты и позволяющих в краткосрочной перспективе повысить результативность трансфера научных результатов в деятельности университетов Республики Башкортостан. The article is devoted to the scientific results transfer process carried out in higher education organizations of the Bashkortostan Republic. The article considers the historical retrospective of the evolution of transfer policy in the region, presented in scientific studies, as well as the role of key universities - classical, oil, aviation, medical, pedagogical and agricultural - in the transfer of scientific results to the real sector of the economy at the present stage. The author identifies problems in the process and presents a series of priority measures aimed at improving the effectiveness of the transition of theoretical knowledge into commercial projects and allowing short-term to increase the research results transfer effectiveness in the Bashkortostan Republic universities. |
