В условиях пандемии и закрытых границ стран возрастает популярность ресторанов национальной кухни, которые представляют особенности национальной кухни страны, производства и приготовления продуктов и блюд. В настоящей статье проведен анализ предоставления услуг в ресторане «Bellissimoл». Разработаны рекомендации по разработке новых и совершенствованию существующих услуг ресторана национальной кухни «Bellissimo». In the context of a pandemic and closed borders of countries, the popularity of restaurants of national cuisine is increasing, which represent the peculiarities of the country's national cuisine, production and preparation of products and dishes. This article analyzes the provision of services in the Bellissimol restaurant. Recommendations were developed for the development of new and improvement of existing services of the national cuisine restaurant "Bellissimo". |
