ОТРАЖЕНИЕ ИСТОРИИ РАЗВИТИЯ ОТЕЧЕСТВЕННОГО ВЫСШЕГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ В 1927–1929 ГОДЫ НА СТРАНИЦАХ ГАЗЕТЫ ЛЕНИНГРАДСКОГО УНИВЕРСИТЕТА «СТУДЕНЧЕСКАЯ ПРАВДА»

| Description: | Thanks to digital technologies, the long-term archives of the Leningrad University newspaper (‘Studencheskaya Pravda’ until 1930, ‘Leningrad University’ since 1930, ‘St Petersburg University’ since 1991) from 1927 to 1995 are now publicly available. The pages of this university publication reflected the main events in the history of the country and the development of the national higher school, the key ideological accents that characterise this or that period of time. We turned to the issues of the newspaper that were published in the first years of the publication's existence – in 1927-1929 – to trace how the processes of transformation of domestic higher education in those years were reflected in the subject of the materials. Achieving the goal required solving several tasks: firstly, to get acquainted with the scientific literature describing the key events in the history of national education, associated with the change of political system and ideological priorities; secondly, to study the history of periodicals of Leningrad University; thirdly, to study the publications in the newspaper ‘Studencheskaya Pravda’ of the selected period and to identify the key themes of the analysed materials, reflecting the process of radical transformations of national higher education. By applying the methods of analysis and synthesis, observation and description, we came to the conclusion that the early issues of the newspaper 'Studencheskaya Pravda' of Leningrad University recreate a rather complex picture of university life in the second half of the 1920s, which was characterised by numerous problems and challenges. The subject of the publications reflects not only the global historical events that took place in the country, but also the not always consistent and well-thought-out actions of the new governing bodies in the country – in particular, the decisions on the proletarianization of universities, which were already adjusted by the end of the 1920s. At the same time, the materials of the newspaper provide information about the formation of the ideology of the Soviet intelligentsia, thanks to which, as early as in the 1930s, the Soviet Union became one of the first in the world in terms of training specialists with higher education for all branches of the national economy, science and culture. Благодаря цифровым технологиям сегодня в открытом доступе находятся многолетние архивы газеты Ленинградского университета («Студенческая правда» до 1930 года, «Ленинградский университет» с 1930 года, «Санкт-Петербургский университет» с 1991 года) с 1927 по 1995 год. На страницах этого вузовского издания нашли отражение основные события в истории страны и развитии отечественной высшей школы, ключевые идеологические акценты, характеризующие тот или иной период времени. Мы обратились к номерам газеты, которые были выпущены в первые годы существования издания — в 1927–1929 годах, чтобы проследить, как отражались в тематике материалов процессы трансформации отечественного высшего образования в те годы. Достижение цели потребовало решения нескольких задач: во-первых, ознакомления с научной литературой, содержащей описание ключевых событий в истории отечественного образования, связанных со сменой политического строя и идеологических приоритетов; во-вторых, изучения истории периодических изданий Ленинградского университета, в-третьих, исследования публикаций в газете «Студенческая правда» выбранного периода и выделения ключевых тем проанализированных материалов, отражающих процесс радикальных преобразований отечественной высшей школы. Применяя методы анализа и синтеза, наблюдения и описания, мы пришли к выводам о том, ранние выпуски газеты «Студенческая правда» Ленинградского университета воссоздают достаточно сложную картину университетской жизни второй половины 1920-х годов, отличавшейся большим количеством проблем и вызовов. Тематика публикаций отражает не только глобальные исторические события, произошедшие в стране, но и не всегда последовательные и продуманные действия новых органов управления в стране – в частности, решения о пролетаризации университетов, которые были скорректированы уже к концу 1920-х годов. В то же время материалы «Студенческой правды» позволяют получить сведения и о том, как формировалась идеология советской интеллигенции, благодаря которой уже в 1930-е годы Советский Союз вышел на одно из первых мест в мире по подготовке специалистов с высшим образованием для всех отраслей народного хозяйства страны, науки и культуры.
