В статье рассмотрена необходимость построение интегрированной системы менеджмента (ИСМ) предприятия, понятие и цель формирования ИСМ. Дана краткая характеристика действующей ИСМ АО «Ламзурь», определено ее соответствие требованиям стандартов. Проведена оценка интегрированной системы менеджмента АО «Ламзурь» на основе критериев интеграции, используемых Ассоциацией по сертификации ООО «Русский регистр», установлены ее основные недостатки. Проведена оценка результативности действующей ИСМ в разрезе процессов, в ходе которой определены процессы, имеющие недостаточную результативность. The article considers the need to build an integrated management system (ISM) of an enterprise, the concept and purpose of forming an ISM. A brief description of the current ISM of JSC "Lamzur" is given, its compliance with the requirements of standards is determined. The integrated management system of JSC Lamzur was evaluated based on the integration criteria used by the Russian register certification Association, and its main drawbacks were identified. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the current ISM in the context of processes, which identified processes that have insufficient performance. |
