| Περιγραφή: | The article substantiates the structural and functional approach to technological integration, including elements of impact on the object through the implementation of General and special functions to regulate the integration process, external growth, formalization of spheres of influence of participants in technological integration in the face of manufacturing enterprises, research, business and educational structures. The main theoretical provisions and conclusions on the applicability of the structural and functional approach formed the basis for the development of its organizational and economic procedures. It is shown that the system of economic relations to regulate the flow of production resources in the form of technology determines the state of the property complex, the sources of its formation, business processes, thereby laying the vector of strategic development of integrated economic entities. The is proposed the authorss vision of the program-purpose and algorithmization of the process of technological integration, formed on the basis of processing of accounting and analytical information of manufacturing enterprises. By summarizing the best practices in the construction of effective economic relations, the article proposes a systematization of the elements of the structural and functional approach with an emphasis on the possibilities and limitations of technology integration. The instruments of intra- and inter-industry pooling of resources, technological solutions, funds on the basis of macro-technological principles were supported as prospects for technological development. The authors emphasize the importance of technological integration in the formation of economic, technological and social thinking within a single technological ecosystem. The limitations of technological integration development are the sectoral and territorial affiliation of industrial enterprises, the composition and structure of fixed assets with reference to the technological process, digital and technological culture as a characteristic of human capital. It is concluded that the structural and functional approach to technological integration contributes to the sustainable development and competitiveness of domestic enterprises in the industrial revolution of the new generation. Обоснован структурно-функциональный подход к технологической интеграции, включающий элементы воздействия на объект посредством реализации общих и специальных функций по регулированию интеграционного процесса, внешнего роста, формализацию сфер влияния участников технологической интеграции в лице предприятий обрабатывающей промышленности, научно-исследовательских, предпринимательских и образовательных структур. Основные теоретические положения и выводы по применимости структурно-функционального подхода легли в основу разработки его организационно-экономической процедуры. Показано, что система хозяйственных связей по регулированию потоков производственных ресурсов в виде технологий определяет состояние имущественного комплекса, источников его формирования, бизнес-процессы, тем самым закладывая вектор стратегического развития интегрированных хозяйственных субъектов. Предлагается авторское видение программно-целевого назначения и алгоритмизации процесса технологической интеграции, сформированное на основе обработки учетной и аналитической информации предприятий обрабатывающей промышленности. Путем обобщения передового опыта в построении эффективных хозяйственных связей предложена систематизация элементов структурно-функционального подхода с акцентом на возможности и ограничения по интеграции технологий. В качестве перспектив технологического развития поддерживаются инструменты внутриотраслевого и межотраслевого объединения ресурсов, технологических решений, фондов на основе макротехнологических принципов. Подчеркивается значимость технологической интеграции в формировании экономического, технологического и социального мышления в рамках единой технологической экосистемы. Ограничениями развития технологической интеграции обозначены отраслевая и территориальная принадлежность промышленных предприятий, состав и структура основных производственных фондов с привязкой к технологическому процессу, цифровая и технологическая культура как характеристика человеческого капитала. Делается вывод, что структурно-функциональный подход применительно к технологической интеграции способствует устойчивому развитию и росту конкурентоспособности отечественных предприятий в условиях промышленной революции нового поколения. №3 (2020) |
