| Description: | В статье на основе документов фондовой коллекции Государственного музея героической обороны и освобождения Севастополя (ГМГООС) прослежен ход и результаты избирательной кампании во Всероссийское Учредительное собрание на Черноморском флоте и в Севастополе с сентября по декабрь 1917 г. Впервые вводятся в научный оборот ранее не публиковавшиеся источники по данной теме. Отдельное внимание уделено биографиям выбранных от города и флота делегатов, прослеживаются их судьбы после 1917 г. Так как процесс формирования Учредительного собрания в основном представлен с точки зрения общероссийских тенденций, исследование способствует воссозданию целостной картины выборного процесса на региональном уровне. The article based on documents from the collection of State Museum of Heroic Defence and Liberation of Sevastopol traces the progress and results of the election campaign for the national Constituent Assembly (Uchreditelnoye Sobraniye) on the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol from September to December 1917. The article introduces into scientific discourse previously unpublished sources on the subject. Biographies of the delegates elected from the city and the Fleet are given special attention and the fates of these delegates after 1917 are traced. Since the process of forming the Constituent Assembly is represented mainly from the point of view of all Russian trends, the study contributes to the reconstruction of a coherent picture of the electoral process at the regional level.
