Description: Провели исследование активности ферментов сыворотки крови и качества спермы у 48 жеребцов разных пород в возрасте от 7 до 15 лет (в среднем 10,3±1,2 лет). В сыворотке крови определили активность ферментов: амилазы, аланинаминотрансферазы (АЛТ), аспартатаминотрансферазы (АСТ), гамма-глутамилтранспептидазы (ГГТП), креатин-фосфокиназы (КФК), лактатдегидрогеназы (ЛДГ) и щелочной фосфатазы (ЩФ). Изучили взаимосвязь между активностью ферментов сыворотки крови и качеством спермы жеребцов. Обнаружили корреляцию между активностью КФК в сыворотке крови с общим количеством (r=0,39; p It was conducted a study of serum enzyme activity and sperm quality in 48 stallions of different breeds at the age from 7 to 15 years ( average 10.3±1.2 years).
