В статье авторами проводится подробный анализ городских агломераций, раскрывается понятие городских агломераций, которые подразумевают группировку нескольких центральных населённых пунктов, которые взаимосвязаны крепкими социально-экономическими или иными связями. Разрабатывается и прорабатывается концепция и стратегия развития агломераций и средств управления ими. In the article, the authors conduct a detailed analysis of urban agglomerations, reveal the concept of urban agglomerations, which imply the grouping of several Central localities, which are interconnected by strong socio-economic or other ties.
