| Description: | Рассматривается вопрос оценки технического уровня и качества изделий космической техники. Проводится анализ традиционного подхода расчёта интегрального показателя качества промышленной продукции, состава частных показателей технического уровня и требований к ним. Приводится описание методического подхода к оценке технического уровня и качества изделий космической техники с использованием аппарата теории нечётких множеств. Рассматриваемый методический подход служит повышению объективности оценок, полученных традиционными методами, и является инструментом для решения различных задач управления и оценки эффективности реализованных и перспективных проектов The issue of assessing the technical level and quality of space technology products is considered. The analysis of the traditional approach of calculating the integral indicator of the quality of industrial products, the composition of private indicators of the technical level and the requirements for them is carried out. The description of the methodological approach to the assessment of the technical level and quality of space technology products using the apparatus of the theory of fuzzy sets is given. This methodological approach serves to increase the objectivity of assessments obtained by traditional methods and is a tool for solving various management tasks and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented and prospective projects |
