В исследовании рассматриваются перспективы функционирования аэродромной инфраструктуры в арктической зоне РФ в контексте климатических изменений. На основе самого негативного сценария глобальных климатических изменений как наиболее репрезентативного для условий российской Арктики (сценарий RCP 8.5 IPCC) разработана методология оценки масштабов протаивания и деградации многолетнемерзлых грунтов, на которых построена вся инфраструктура арктических аэродромов. Проведены сценарные расчеты ожидаемого ущерба и стоимости восстановительного ремонта аэродромов в период 2021-2050 гг. Общие затраты могут составить 147-175 млрд руб. или 5,1-6,0 млрд руб. ежегодно в зависимости от сценария. The study examines the prospects for the functioning of the airfield infrastructure in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation in the context of climate change. Based on the most negative scenario of global climatic changes as the most representative for the conditions of the Russian Arctic (RCP 8.5 IPCC scenario), a methodology has been developed for assessing the extent of thawing and degradation of permafrost soils on which the entire infrastructure of Arctic airfields is built. Scenario calculations of the expected damage and the cost of refurbishment of airfields in the period 2021-2050 were carried out. Total costs may amount to 147-175 billion rubles. or 5.1-6.0 billion rubles. annually depending on the scenario. |
