Περιγραφή: В статье представлены результаты анализа значимости профессиональных факторов, оказывающих влияние на формирование профессиональной культуры молодых врачей в условиях чрезвычайных ситуаций на модельной группе клинических ординаторов, принимавших участие в ликвидационных мероприятиях последствий пандемии COVID-19. Методом социологического опроса получены данные, согласно которым абсолютное большинство (94,1%) отметили влияние на свою профессиональную деятельность эмоционального стресса; на первом месте находится эмоциональная нагрузка (73,7%). Риск заражения новой коронавирусной инфекцией не являлся значимым профессиональным фактором (9,1%). У более, чем половины респондентов (51,6%) неопределенность развития сценария пандемии и отсутствие уверенности в положительном исходе оказывали значительное влияние на психо-эмоциональную стабильность медицинских специалистов (51,6%), для 9,1% опрошенных этот фактор экстремально значим. Для 25,2% экстремально значимым и для большинства (55,9%) значимым стрессогенным фактором для исследуемой группы врачей явилась высокая летальность пациентов. Гуманистическая составляющая профессиональной культуры врача на фоне адаптации в условиях чрезвычайных ситуаций выступает на первый план и определяет ориентированность на высшие ценности – на благо пациента, несмотря на риск для собственной жизни.
The article deals with the results of an analysis of the importance of professional factors influencing the formation of the professional culture of young doctors in emergency situations in a model group of clinical residents who participated in the liquidation of the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. A sociological survey has provided data according to which the absolute majority (94.1%) noted the impact of emotional stress on their professional activities; emotional stress is in the first place (73.7%). The risk of contracting a new coronavirus infection was not a significant occupational factor (9.1%). For more than half of the respondents (51.6%), the uncertainty of the pandemic scenario and the lack of confidence in a positive outcome had a significant impact on the psycho-emotional stability of medical professionals (51.6%), for 9.1% of respondents this factor is extremely significant. For 25.2%, the extremely significant and for the majority (55.9%) significant stress factor for the studied group of doctors was the high mortality rate of patients. The humanistic component of the doctor's professional culture, against the background of adaptation in emergency situations, comes to the fore and determines the focus on the highest values – for the benefit of the patient, despite the risk to his own life.
