Статья посвящена исследованию возможностей использования блокчейн-платформы в здравоохранении для сбора, хранения и передачи данных в цифровом формате, аккумулированных в электронных медицинских документах. При этом эффективность использования блокчейн-платформы как инструмента цифровизации здравоохранения предлагается оценивать с учетом количественных и качественных показателей. Приводится систем показателей эффективности практической реализации блокчейн-платформы.The article is devoted to the study of the possibilities of using the blockchain platform in healthcare for the collection, storage and transmission of data in digital format accumulated in electronic medical documents. At the same time, the effectiveness of using the blockchain platform as a tool for digitalization of healthcare is proposed to be assessed taking into account quantitative and qualitative indicators. A system of indicators of the effectiveness of the practical implementation of the blockchain platform is given. |
