В статье за длительный исторический период дан системный анализ условиям жизни крестьян и роли личного подсобного хозяйств в общественной и экономической жизни страны. Обоснованы взгляды ряда выдающихся российских ученых аграрной экономической науки по вопросам преимуществ и приоритетов производства продукции в сельхозорганизациях, крестьянских (фермерских) хозяйствах и личных подсобных хозяйствах. Выявлены основные факторы, сдерживающие развитие производства продукции в молочном скотоводстве. Доказано, что главным фактором является отсутствие системного подхода в организации кормопроизводства. Предложены основы Концепции организации кормопроизводства в молочном скотоводстве с учетом породы скота, производственной специализации хозяйства, воспроизводства, содержания, ухода и кормления животных. Обоснована роль кооперации и Центра управления кооперацией в организации производства продукции и создании условий для реализации потенциала капитала труда. The article for a long historical period provides a systematic analysis of the living conditions of peasants and the role of personal subsidiary plots in the social and economic life of the country. The views of a number of prominent Russian scientists of agrarian economics on the issues of advantages and priorities of production in agricultural organizations, peasant (farm) farms and personal subsidiary farms are substantiated. Themain factors hindering the development of production in dairy cattle breeding have been identified. It is provedthat the main factor is the lack of a systematic approach to the organization of fodder production. The fundamentals of the Concept of organization of fodder production in dairy cattle breeding are proposed, taking into accountthe breed of cattle, the production specialization of the economy, reproduction, maintenance, care and feeding of animals. The role of cooperation and the Cooperation Management Center in the organization of production andcreation of conditions for realizing the potential of labor capital is substantiated. |
