Description: В данной статье представлен обзор иностранной литературы по одной из наиболее редких форм внелегочного туберкулеза – туберкулеза надпочечников. В настоящее время, благодаря развитию фтизиатрической службы, данная локализация туберкулеза считается казуистичной, хотя в 1920-30-х гг. поражение надпочечников микобактериями туберкулеза было одной из главных этиологических причин хронической надпочечниковой недостаточности. В статье представлены особенности клинической, инструментальной и лабораторной диагностики поражения гипоталамо-гипофизарно-надпочечниковой системы при туберкулезе, особое внимание уделено визуализирующим методам диагностики и особенностям дифференциальной диагностики с другими заболеваниями, при которых возможно вовлечение надпочечников в патологический процесс.
This article presents a review of the foreign literature on one of the rarest forms of extrapulmonary tuberculosis: adrenal tuberculosis. Nowadays, due to the advancement of phthisiatric service, this localization of tuberculosis is considered to be casuistic, although in 1920-30s the adrenal affection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis was one of the main etiological causes of chronic adrenal insufficiency. The article presents the specifics of clinical, instrumental and laboratory diagnostics of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal system lesions in tuberculosis; special attention is paid to imaging diagnostic methods and the specifics of differential diagnostics with other diseases, in which the adrenal glands may be involved in the pathological process.
