В статье автором рассмотрены цели и задачи России в развитии международного научно-технического сотрудничества как условия ускорения инновационного развития страны. Проанализированы особенности и проблемы функционирования ключевых инструментов международного научно-технического сотрудничества России со странами мира, с учётом тенденций инновационного развития и глобализации, выделены основные векторы данного сотрудничества, определены его перспективы. Сформулированы основные направления совершенствования наиболее предпочтительных инструментов международного научно-технического сотрудничества. The article considers the goals and objectives of Russia in the development of international scientific and technical cooperation as a condition for accelerating the innovative development of the country. The features and problems of functioning of the key instruments of international scientific and technical cooperation between Russia and the countries of the world are analyzed, taking into account the trends of innovative development and globalization, the main vectors of this cooperation are highlighted, its prospects are determined. There are formulated the main directions of improvement of the most preferred instruments of international scientific and technical cooperation. |
