Целью исследования выступает выявление особенностей моделей инноваций, разработанных с учетом эволюции процессов производства знаний. В соответствии с целью сформулированы и решены следующие задачи: выявить сущность модели дисциплинарно-организованного производства знаний, лежащей в основе линейного инновационного цикла; определить особенности «двухзвенной», «трехзвенной», «четырехзвенной» и «пятизвенной» моделей инноваций, а также связанную с ними специфику нелинейного типа инновационного цикла; разработать интегральный показатель оценки инновационности региона, основанный на учете стадий инновационного цикла и моделей инноваций. Сделан вывод о целесообразности использования в условиях экономики знаний «четырехзвенной» и «пятизвенной» модели инноваций при разработке инструментария инновационной политики государства. The aim of the study is to identify the features of innovation models developed taking into account the evolution of knowledge production processes. In accordance with the goal, the following tasks were formulated and solved: to reveal the essence of the model of disciplinary-organized knowledge production, which underlies the linear innovation cycle; to determine the features of the "two-link", "three-link", "four-link" and "five-link" models of innovation, as well as the related specifics of the nonlinear type of innovation cycle; to develop an integral indicator for assessing the region's innovativeness, based on taking into account the stages of the innovation cycle and innovation models. It is concluded that it is advisable to use the "four-link" and "five-link" models of innovation in the context of the knowledge economy in the development of tools for the state's innovation policy. |
