| Description: | Introduction. Personality remains one of the central concepts for study in psychology, there is no single understanding of this phenomenon, which is reflected in views of various psychological schools. Russian psychology is distinguished by certain common approaches and, although the authors share the opinion of domestic scholars, they specify one of the aspects of personality psychology that is little covered in science – the synergetic approach to the study of personality. Materials, Results and Discussion. The study of the psychological literature on the topic of the study showed that the views of Russian authors on the psychology of personality are distinguished by greater unity, in comparison with foreign ones, which is basically explained by the traditions of Russian psychology and the general fundamentality of its provisions. The synergetic approach in psychology is not unambiguously accepted, in some cases it is sharply criticized, in others its advantages and innovative character are discussed. Definitely, the truth lies in the middle. Personality, as a system, has the right to be considered in psychology, but its qualities should be taken into account, that it is open, "soft", complex and self-organizing. It is impossible to thoughtlessly and automatically transfer all the laws and principles of synergetics to a person. In the case of an individual, they need to be clarified and carefully formulated. Conclusions. This article is an attempt to analyze personality from the position of a synergetic approach and does not claim that there is no alternative to other points of view and approaches.From the position of the synergetic approach the consideration of personality is simplified by the fact that there is no rigid and unambiguous understanding of the term ‘personality’ in psychology and that in its development it constantly strives for self-organization, balance, adaptation. Введение. Личность остается в психологии одним из центральных понятий для изучения, не существует единого понимания данного феномена, что отражается во взглядах различных психологических школ. Отечественная психология отличается некоей общностью подходов, и, разделяя мнение отечественных авторов, все же выделим один из аспектов психологии личности, мало охваченный в науке, — синергетический подход к рассмотрению личности. Материалы, результаты и обсуждение. Изучение психологической литературы по теме исследования показало, что взгляды отечественных авторов на психологию личности отличаются большим единством по сравнению с зарубежными, что в принципе объясняется традициями российской психологии, общей фундаментальностью ее положений. Синергетический подход в психологии принимается неоднозначно, в одних случаях он подвергается резкой критике, в других — говорится о его преимуществах и инновационности. Безусловно, истина находится посередине. Личность как система имеет право на рассмотрение в психологии, однако следует учитывать ее качества: это система открытая, «мягкая», сложная, самоорганизующаяся. Нельзя бездумно и автоматически переносить на личность все законы и принципы синергетики. Применительно к личности они нуждаются в уточнении и тщательной формулировке. Выводы. С позиции синергетического подхода рассмотрение личности упрощается тем, что отсутствует жесткое и однозначное понимание термина «личность» в психологии и она в своем развитии постоянно стремится к самоорганизации, равновесию, адаптации. |
