Περιγραφή: This release is a follow-up extension to MAV-MCC 4T+4S — Unified General Theory and is intended as a supplement to DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19643472. It introduces the Vacuum–Web Transition Extension v0.2.1, in which vacuum is modeled as a mean-null coherent substrate rather than ontological absence. In this formulation, a field may have a vanishing averaged observable while still retaining fluctuation structure, phase potential, and regime dynamics. The release integrates three main additions: Bright Squeezed Vacuum benchmarkBSV is used as a microphysical anchor for a non-empty vacuum state. The benchmark includes a 1040 nm carrier wavelength, 27.2 fs average single-shot duration, π-radian phase ambiguity, and an operational near-Family-8 cycle count, ( \omega_0 / \Gamma_8 \approx 7.8407 ). The near-8 value is treated as a secondary operational alignment, not as the primary selection criterion. DESI Cosmic Web interpretationThe DESI Cosmic Web is introduced as a macroscopic coherence-transport support. Within MAV-MCC, voids are modeled as under-threshold or weakly coupled regions, sheets as transitional surfaces, filaments as coherence channels, and knots as coalescence/saturation nodes. The current DESI branch is treated as a theorem-lite candidate and remains open to full RANDITER control, official filament skeleton validation, and external out-of-sample testing. Vacuum–Web D/C Lagrangian structureThe package introduces a restricted Vacuum–Web D/C Lagrangian as the primary testable claim. It also includes an extended Multi-Branch / AVI / Observer Lagrangian as an ontological completion and hypothesis-generative annex. The restricted Lagrangian remains the empirical core; the extended Lagrangian defines observer-window, multi-branch, and AVI sectors without claiming theorem-level closure. Version v0.2.1 adds methodological hardening relative to v0.2: an anti-overclaim / anti-numerology clarification for the BSV benchmark; a multi-scale reading rule for the restricted Lagrangian; a parameter-status note for ( \alpha_{DC} ) and ( \eta_i ); an explicit bridge from v0.1 predictive modules to the VWDC structure; a frozen DESI pipeline note; Figure 1, illustrating the restricted Vacuum–Web D/R transition. This release does not claim definitive community-level validation or completed theorem-level empirical closure. It claims a coherent theoretical extension, a restricted testable Lagrangian, an explicit extended ontology, and a theorem-lite candidate supported by the DESI/BSV bridge.
