| Description: | The article pays attention to the restructuring of modern agricultural land use, accompanied by the embodiment in the domestic agricultural practice of preventive environmental innovations that ensure optimal equilibrium state of the processes of consumption of land and resource benefits and ecological and economic restoration of agricultural ecosystems. The problem of determining the most effective directions of sustainable socio-economic and environmental progress of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation involves the formulation and the resolution of tasks related to the study of the situation that has emerged so far in various branches of the agro-industrial complex, identifying dominant trends and the dynamics of its functioning. Its substantive essence consists in the analysis of the socio-ecological-economic dominants of the development of the agricultural complex in general and the sphere of agricultural land use in particular, as well as in the selection of the most preferred economic development directions from the point of view of natural economic interests. В статье уделяется внимание реструктуризации современного аграрного землепользования, сопровождающейся воплощением в отечественную сельскохозяйственную практику превентивных природохозяйственных нововведений, обеспечивающих оптимально-равновесное состояние процессов потребления земельно-ресурсных благ и эколого-экономического восстановления аграрных экосистем. Проблема определения наиболее эффективных направлений устойчивого социально-экономического и природохозяйственного прогресса субъектов Российской Федерации предполагает постановку и разрешение задач, связанных с исследованием ситуации, сформировавшейся к настоящему моменту времени в различных отраслях агропромышленного комплекса, выявления доминирующих тенденций и динамики его функционирования. Ее содержательная сущность заключается в анализе социально-эколого-экономических доминант развития сельскохозяйственного комплекса в целом и сферы аграрного землепользования в частности, а также в выборе наиболее предпочтительных с точки зрения природохозяйственных интересов направлений развития экономики. |
