Актуальность данной статьи в том, что определяющим фактором стратегического управления региональной социально-экономической системой на современном этапе является инвестиционная политика, основанная как на бюджетных, так и на частных инвестициях. На современном этапе развития региона его субъекты сталкиваются с проблемой развития реального сектора экономики, что связано с неэффективным использованием бюджетных средств, неудачными инвестиционными проектами и ухудшением экономического развития. В статье отмечена важность инвестиционной стратегии развития региона как базы, обеспечивающей четкое понимание и расчет источников финансирования из рынка с участием и инициативами экономических ведомств всех уровней. Определены ключевые факторы и сценарии. The relevance of this article lies in the fact that the determining factor of strategic management of the regional socio-economic system at the present stage is an investment policy based on both budgetary and private investments. At the present stage of the development of the region, its subjects face the problem of the development of the real sector of the economy, which is associated with the inefficient use of budget funds, unsuccessful investment projects, a decline in production and deterioration of economic development. The article highlights the importance of the investment strategy for the development of the region as a base that provides a clear understanding and calculation of sources of financing from the market with the participation and initiatives of economic departments at all levels. The key factors and scenarios of long-term socio-economic development of the Republic of Dagestan are identified. |
