Cоздание отраслевых цифровых платформ на основе различных экономических методов обработкой больших массивов информации во всех сферах жизнедеятельности общества является актуальной задачей. От ее решения во многом зависит успех реализации целевой программы «Цифровая экономика РФ» в целом, а значит и переход отраслей российской экономики к цифровизации. Сфера здравоохранения сегодня находится в числе лидеров не только по созданию, но и практическому применению цифровых платформ для комплексного лечения широкого спектра заболеваний на основе инновационных подходов. В качестве объекта данного исследования была выбрана компания ООО «Онко Генотест», которая разработала биоинформационную web-платформу с целью подбора персонализированной терапии в области онкологических заболеваний на основе совместной обработки и интерпретации клинических данных и результатов молекулярно-генетических анализов. Предметом исследования является инновационная деятельность компании ООО «Онко Генотест», позволяющая ей формировать новые конкурентные преимущества на российском и мировом рынках в областях медицинской диагностики и фармакогенетики. Основная цель данного исследования заключается в выявлении основных тенденций и анализе деятельности ключевых участников мирового рынка цифровизации сферы здравоохранения в области медицинской диагностики и фармакогенетики, а также в определении инновационных факторов, позволяющих компании ООО «Онко Генотест» поддерживать свою конкурентоспособность. В ходе проведенных исследований определены перспективные направления развития мирового рынка цифровизации сферы здравоохранения в области медицинской диагностики и фармакогенетики и деятельности его основных участников. Показаны инновационные преимущества цифровой платформы компании ООО «Онко Генотест», обеспечивающие конкурентоспособность ее деятельности. Полученные результаты могут использоваться в части прогноза дальнейшего развития мирового рынка цифровизации сферы здравоохранения в области медицинской диагностики и фармакогенетики. Кроме того, они нашли свое практическое применение в развитии деятельности компании ООО «Онко Генотест» по подбору методов персонализированной терапии в области онкологических заболеваний. The creation of industrial digital platforms based on various economic methods by processinglarge amounts of information in all spheres of society is an urgent task. The success of the implementation of the target program “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” as a whole, and, therefore, the transition of sectors of the Russian economy to digitalization, largely depends on its solution. The healthcare sector today is among theleaders not only in creating, but also in practical application of digital platforms for the comprehensive treatment ofa wide range of diseases based on innovative approaches. Onco Genotest LLC was chosen as the object of thisstudy. It developed a bioinformation web platform with the aim of selecting personalized therapy in the field ofoncological diseases based on the joint processing and interpretation of clinical data and molecular genetic analysis results. The subject of the research is the innovative activity of Onco Genotest LLC, which allows it to createnew competitive advantages in the Russian and world markets in the areas of medical diagnostics and pharmacogenetics. The main goal of this study is to identify the main trends and analyze the activities of key participants in the global healthcare digitalization market in the field of medical diagnostics and pharmacogenetics, aswell as to identify innovative factors that enable Onco Genotest LLC to maintain its competitiveness. In the courseof the research, promising directions for the development of the global healthcare digitalization market in the fieldof medical diagnostics and pharmacogenetics and the activities of its main participants were identified. The innovative advantages of the digital platform of Onco Genotest LLC, which ensure the competitiveness of its activities, are shown. The results can be used to forecast the further development of the global healthcare digitalizationmarket in the field of medical diagnostics and pharmacogenetics. In addition, they found their practical application in the development of the activities of Onco Genotest LLC in the selection of personalized therapy methods in the field of oncological diseases. |
