Description: В статье рассматриваются новые явления в ходе развития се­тевой структуры России, которые содействуют развитию об­щества или затрудняют, сдерживают или даже подрывают его настоящее и будущее. В этой связи актуализировалась проблема борьбы с пандемией коронавируса и создания такого нового направ­ления научного знания, как «инфекционная безопасность». The article examines new phenomena in the course of the development of the network structure of Russia, which contribute to the development of society or hinder, restrain or even undermine its present and future. In this regard, the problem of combating the coronavirus pandemic and creating such a new area of scientific knowledge as "infectious safety" was updated.
