Description: В процессе практической реализации государственной инвестиционноинновационной политики прослеживается ее прямая зависимость от эффективности привлечения ресурсов для динамичного развития различных регионов и всей страны в целом. В современном мире на практике используется множество различных механизмов активизации экономического роста, которые формируют множащийся синергетический эффект. Если говорить о российской действительности, то ключевое значение сегодня имеет ГЧП - государственно-частное партнерство. В настоящее время наблюдается растущий интерес со стороны государства к разработке и реализации проектов в форме ГЧП. Это в первую очередь связано с преимуществом такого партнерства в увеличении финансовых и инвестиционных ресурсов. In the process of practical implementation of the state investment and innovation policy, its direct dependence on the efficiency of attracting resources for the dynamic development of various regions and the entire country as a whole is traced. In the modern world, in practice, many different mechanisms for enhancing economic growth are used, which form a multiplying synergistic effect. If we talk about Russian reality, then PPP is ofkey importance today - public-private partnership. Currently, there is a growing interest from the state in the development and implementation of projects in the form of PPP. This is primarily due to the advantage of such a partnership in increasing financial and investment resources.
