| Description: | В развитии российской экономики сфера жилищно-коммунального хозяйства в настоящее время играет особую роль, поскольку является отражением уровня и качества жизни большинства населения страны. В муниципальном образовании жилищно-коммунальный комплекс носит многоотраслевой характер, в нем взаимоувязаны все социально-экономические связи, обеспечивающие жизнедеятельность населения и восполнение потребностей промышленного сектора и сферы предоставления услуг. На сегодняшний день жилищно-коммунальное хозяйство в Российской Федерации - это дотационный сектор, находящийся в кризисе. Реформа жилищно-коммунального сектора во многом зависит от степени организации регулирующего влияния местных органов власти. In the development of the Russian economy, the sphere of housing and communal services currently plays a special role, since it reflects the level and quality of life of the majority of the country's population. In the municipality, the housing and communal complex is multi-sectoral in nature, it interconnects all socioeconomic ties that ensure the livelihoods of the population and meet the needs of the industrial sector and the provision of services. Today, housing and communal services in the Russian Federation is a subsidized sector in crisis. The reform of the housing and communal sector largely depends on the degree of organization of the regulatory influence of local authorities. |
