| Description: | The article examines theoretical approaches to defining the concepts of “innovation”, “national innovation system”, “regional innovation system” and “regional innovation subsystem”. It is noted that the formation of the infrastructure of the regional innovation subsystem contributes to the effective development of innovation and information and communication activities of the country. The directions contributing to the development of the regional innovation subsystem have been identified. The main elements of the regional innovation subsystem are considered. Равишҳои назариявӣ барои муайян намудани мафҳумҳои инноватсия, низоми инноватсионии миллӣ, низоми инноватсионии минтақавӣ ва зернизоми инноватсионии минтақавӣ таҳқиқ шудааст. Қайд гардидааст, ки ташаккули инфрасохтори зернизоми инноватсионии минтақавӣ ба рушди самараноки фаъолияти инноватсионии кишвар ва таъмини иттилооти коммуникатмионии он мусоидат мекунад. Самтҳое, ки ба рушди зернизоми инноватсионии минтақавӣ мусоидат мекунанд, муайян шудаанд. Унсурҳои асосии зернизоми инноватсионии минтақавӣ мавриди баррасӣ қарор гирифтаанд. |
