| Description: | The need to fully ensure the food security of the Russian Federation requires, under conditions of chronic sanctions, the transfer of the agro-industrial complex to an innovative vector of development. Indeed, today there is no other way of increasing the efficiency of agro-industrial production, overcoming limited resources, neutralizing the complexity and multi-levelness in the relationship between enterprises and consumers of agricultural products. The persistence of significant economic risks in the domestic agro-industrial complex will undoubtedly negatively affect the sustainability of its growth and the possibilities of effectively solving a complex of problems of accelerating import substitution. This situation requires a significant adjustment in agricultural policy. In connection with this statement, we studied the world practice of the development of the agrarian economy through the prism of the possibilities of its use in the conditions of Russian reality. All of the above prompted us to take up the study of the stated topic. Необходимость полного обеспечения продовольственной безопасности РФ требует в условиях хронических санкций перевода АПК на инновационный вектор развития. Действительно, на сегодня нет иного пути повышения эффективности агропромышленного производства, преодоления ограниченности ресурсов, нейтрализации сложности и многоуровневости во взаимоотношениях между предприятиями и потребителями продукции АПК. Сохранение в отечественном АПК существенных экономических рисков, безусловно, негативно сказывается на устойчивости его роста и возможностях эффективного решения комплекса задач ускорения импортозамещения. Такое положение требует существенной корректировки аграрной политики. В связи с такой постановкой мы изучили мировую практику развития аграрной экономики сквозь призму возможностей его использования в условиях российской действительности. Все вышеизложенное побудило нас взяться за исследование заявленной темы. |
