Description: Topic of the final qualification work: «Comparative analysis of the youth policy of the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Spain». The object of the study is youth policy as a system of state activity. The subject of the study: features, principles, mechanisms and instruments for implementing youth policy in the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Spain, as well as their similarities and differences. The purpose of the study is to conduct a comparative analysis of the mechanisms for implementing the modern youth policy of the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Spain. The methodological basis of the study includes the collection and analysis of selected literature on the topic of youth policy, a comparative description in the form of tables and their analysis with further identification of similarities and differences. The study identified definitions of youth and youth policy, and studied the history of youth policy development in the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Spain. Common features and differences in the implementation of youth policy in Russia and Spain were analyzed, and promising trends in the development of youth policy in the Russian Federation were formulated. Measures were proposed to improve interaction between youth institutions and the state, develop a regulatory framework with the rights of youth, optimize the institutional structure, expand funding, implement a performance evaluation system, and exchange international experience. These measures will increase the potential of young people and bring youth policy to a new qualitative level.
Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Сравнительный анализ молодёжной политики Российской Федерации и Королевства Испания». Объектом исследования является молодёжная политика как система государственной деятельности. Предметом исследования: особенности, принципы, механизмы и инструменты реализации молодёжной политики в Российской Федерации и Королевстве Испания, а также их сходства и различия. Цель исследования – провести сравнительный анализ механизмов реализации современной молодежной политики Российской Федерации и Королевства Испания. Методологическая база исследования включает в себя сбор и анализ подобранной литературы по теме молодежной политики, проведение сравнительного описания в форме таблиц и их анализ с дальнейшим выявлением сходств и различий. В результате исследования выявлены определения молодежи, молодежной политики, изучена история развития молодежной политики Российской Федерации и Королевства Испания. Проанализированы общие черты и различия в реализации молодежной политики в России и Испании, сформулированы перспективные тенденции развития молодежной политики Российской Федерации. Предложены меры по улучшению взаимодействия между молодежными институтами и государством, разработке нормативной базы с правами молодежи, оптимизации институциональной структуры, расширению финансирования, внедрению системы оценки эффективности и обмену международным опытом. Эти меры повысят потенциал молодежи и выведут молодежную политику на новый качественный уровень.
