| Description: | The article is devoted to formulation of the problem of development of subjectivity of students in the educational process of a university to increase productivity of the educational process and create conditions for development of a personality. The article presents a literature review and results of a study, aimed at identifying the relationship between the subjectivity of university students and the level of academic motivation. The problem of the development of students’ subjectivity is considered from the position of the activity approach, represented mainly by the ideas of S. L. Rubinstein, his students and followers. To achieve this task, a questionnaire of meaning-life orientations (SOE) and a Scale of academic motivation (SHAM) are used, with the help of which students of the 1st and 2nd courses studying in the field of training “Fine Arts – Additional education” are interviewed. The results of the study confirm both the positive relationship between the level of development of students’ subjectivity and high academic motivation, and state mainly a low and average level of development of subjectivity within the sample under consideration. The obtained results confirm the problems of the study and provide grounds for further work aimed at finding and creating psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of students’ subjectivity in the educational process at a university. Данная статья посвящена постановке проблемы развития субъектности студентов в образовательном процессе вуза с целью повышения продуктивности учебного процесса и создания условий для развития личности. В рамках статьи представлен обзор литературы и результаты исследования, направленного на выявление взаимосвязи субъектности студентов вуза и уровня академической мотивации. Проблема развития субъектности студентов рассматривается с позиции деятельностного подхода, представленного главным образом идеями С.Л. Рубинштейна, его учеников и последователей. Для достижения поставленной задачи использовались опросник смысложизненных ориентаций (СЖО) и Шкала академической мотивации (ШАМ), с помощью которых были опрошены студенты 1 и 2 курсов, обучающихся по направлению подготовки «Изобразительное искусство. Дополнительное образование». Результаты исследования подтверждают, как положительную взаимосвязь уровня развития субъектности студентов и высокой академической мотивации, так и констатируют преимущественно низкий и средний уровни развития субъектности в пределах рассматриваемой выборки. Полученные результаты подтверждают проблематику исследования и дают основания для дальнейшей работы, направленной на поиск и создание психолого-педагогических условий развития субъектности студентов в образовательном процессе вуза. |
